VLCD DAY 2

Loss from previous weigh in 3.2 lbs, TOTAL Loss 5.4 lbs

End of load - 203.6

#1 VLCD - 201.4

#2 VLCD - 198.2

Todays meals: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 chicken breasts - salted, lemon peppered, garlic, chunked on salad

Having moved into unchartered territory, I did an extended load phase, and gained 9 lbs... so the 5.4 lb loss really isn't impressive.

Yesterday and today I did 30 minutes of cardio. Tomorrow the fun begins with the weight training. IF the training causes a drop in energy will add an additional portion of protein.

hCG Progressive POWER Protocol - A new era begins ?

Hello. Some of you might know me from YouTube, I've achieved big weight losses using Dr Simeons hCG Protocol. Can say without a doubt it's for real and losses of 20-30 lbs or more aren't just possible - they're TYPICAL.

My body, MY laboratory...
  • I tried splitting the daily dose in 2, no measurable increase in losses.
  • I tried sublingual - definitely works... but Mamaclok is the respected authority.
  • I tried Atkins diet with hCG (added morning bacon & mayo as salad dressing) - BIG mistake.
NOW - onward and upward... or possibly a crash and burn. If you've read up on the protocol you know it frees fat and directs to the liver to be processed & expelled. Dr Simeons discouraged strenuous exercise due to the liver already working overtime.

Along comes lipotropics - B12 plus 3 amino acids ( Choline, Inositol, Methionine ) that work synergistically to optimize liver function and output.

Will be adding liptropics to the protocol & adding moderate cardio & weight training to this protocol round -basically combining the 2 programs I've had the most success with - hCG protocol & Body for Life. Will it work ? Time will tell.





Also - when I'm going all out on the circuit training (est. about day 10 VLCD) will be adding Promino Plus AM/PM formula to my arsenal of supplements.
0 sugars, AM - 6gm carbs, PM - 0 carbs.

Fast weight loss is great - but in the larger scheme of things it's about being healthier, tone, fit.
